Building trust, shaping the future

Stratorg was founded in 1981, and since then it has been co-innovating with its customers on subjects that are in line with its convictions, purpose and DNA.

  • In the 1980s and 1990s, Stratorg :
    • Built, from the start, its strategy/transformation tools around the human factor, the corporate culture and the dialogue between the stakeholders (regarding their purpose or transformation).
    • Helped found and for a time chaired APRAT, a network of consulting firms working on negotiated change (labour relations, consultation, etc.) This network became a key discussion partner with the public authorities and ANACT, the national body set up to improve working conditions.
  • In the 2000s, Stratorg :
    • Developed the Trust approach by bringing together its customers and other partners in its R&D process, and exploring with them the major configurations of strategic challenges from the point of view of Trust (team performance, operational reconfiguration, innovation, merger and/or alliance, Trust between partner organizations, sustainable development and extended enterprise).
      • Cercle Raphaël: Trust within business with senior managers from Aventis Pasteur France,ERDF, Ineo, Eramet, DCNS and Arcelor Mittal
      • Cercle Régina: customer-supplier Trust, with some twenty Purchasing and Industrial Policy Directors from major French companies.
      • Cercle Mutualité: Trust and labour relations, with the trades unions CFDT, CGT, FO, CFE/CGC, CFTC and UNSA
    • Collaborated with some of these partners to found the Trust Management Institute, an endowment fund whose purpose is to understand the sociological mechanisms underlying how Trust is built
