Building trust, shaping the future

The big difference in Stratorg’s digital approach lies in the way it incorporates ‘soft’ human and cultural aspects in the digital tools used to see through transformations.

These tools incorporate more than 10 years experience gained by Stratorg and lessons learned from previous missions, as well as the fruit of research carried out by the Trust Management Institute.

They use the semantic processing capability of the Meeting Software engine, which analyses the natural-language meaning of responses from the interviewees. This semantic grouping software developed by our partner Succeed Together is the result of 9 years of research and development in partnership with four laboratories of the National Centre for Scientific Research (CNRS), and continues to be improved by further development.

The 3 digital approaches operational to date are:

  1. Large-scale Trust : using Trust to assist with transformations (constructing and deploying a new strategy, reorganization, a new approach to labour relations, deploying a leadership model, empowerment, etc.)
  2. Trust and Merger : successfully seeing through the cultural integration of teams resulting from mergers
  3. Trust-Agility : stepping up the collective performance of contract givers and their key suppliers, in an extended enterprise situation, by focusing on the human factor.
